David Thwaites is a graduate of St. George’s College, the College of Agriculture in Jamaica (ASc. Agricultural Science); holder of a BSc. in Agricultural Economics (Prairie View, Texas, U.S.A.) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Estate Management (Royal Agricultural College, England).

David Thwaites is a Valuation Surveyor / Property Appraiser practitioner for over 15 years and a Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since November 1998 also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute (U.S.A.) since August 2001.

Mr. Thwaites has gained numerous certificates from continued professional development programmes and is the Immediate past President of the Association of Land Economy and Valuation Surveyors having served for the period 2002 to 2004.
